IMO the most commonly enforced sections that sitewide Moderators act on are "Conduct", "Imgflip is not a pornographic website" and "Spam".

Occasionally some Imgflip streams will have problems with Terms of Use compliance.

Sitewide Moderators are available to help, and sometimes we just show up on our own.

We try our best. kinda. mostly.

Some or all of those topics and the Content/Conduct thereof could be against the Terms of Use.

Here's a generic suggestion to users who have ever earned a posting ban or comment ban from a sitewide Moderator. The Content/Conduct that earned a ban is something that should be avoided. If users are walking near the edge of the Terms of Use, they should turn around.
