andrew, you gave .M00NMAN.exe mod status after he was banned several times for spamming on several occasions. When he gets banned, he moves to different streams to continue spamming. I gave him a timer as a warning the first time, for 2 hours. He did it again, so I gave 8 hours after several more warnings. He is now abusing mod perms after getting it and deleting peoples comments.
