If everyone on earth agreed to call everyone "human being" it would still not work. Certain people (tribes, communities, cults, whatever) would demand to be called something else because they don't feel they belong or that they are special.

I mean, I still get called a lizard disguised as a human, so it really starts with the agreement you suggested as a first step 🤷
