What, by all that is good and holy are Carnivine, Bellsprout, Victrybell, Seedot and heckin' BULBASAUR doing in the bottom two tiers? And why on Earth are Lilligant, Bulu and Lurantis anywhere near the top?

because i care less for a yellow plant, carnivourus plant, bulb and a seed than a guardian, praying mantis and (in my opinion) the best pokemon ever
