I've added some suggestions/corrections through comments to the document. Sorry if any of them came off as rude, I just wanted to sound very clear on what I was trying to say. Thank you for actually trying to get some laws put down! I'm glad to see that the stream is slowly getting back in shape, and this will hopefully do wonders.
