A bullet, is known to kill you. A vaccine typically not so much. If a friend of mine drank some hot tea the day before he died from cardiac problems, that does necessarily mean the tea caused his demise.

When you make such a bold claim such as this, you need to back it up with more evidence than merely the existence of the vaccine in their system.
