She’s said some economically progressive things, but Tulsi Gabbard is horrendously out of step with the Democratic Party on, just to name a few things;
—Conspiracy theories
—Being liked by Tucker Carlson
—Actually liking the Democratic Party
—And now, Russia.
She is weirdly of the “blame America first and always” camp when it comes to foreign policy, which is more typical of the far-Left, not the moderate Democratic coalition that elected Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, etc.
Here’s an in-depth review of her political history and troubles with the Democratic Party overall, though it isn’t fully up to date, stopping before her 2020 primary loss

Most recently, she opined that the American media environment is “not so different” than Russia, which is totally wrong and dangerously naive. We don’t need a Putinist whataboutist in the WH.
