I have a list of suggestions actually
-Breaking stream rules can result in mod being taken away temporarily or permanently depending on how severe it is (e.g. if a mod abuses their power to post art without any credit [basically art theft at the core of it] then their mod would be temporarily removed for at least a day or so)
-Adding new moderators without owner/other owner consent is prohibited (if you're a regular mod or not) This also applies to family members or friends, you may not add a moderator just because you know them from some where.
-Behaving rudely/immaturely to users/fellow moderators or owners on a regular basis can result in mod being taken away with the same conditions as the first thing I said
-If someone makes a post about you, in a negative light or not, you may not remove the post unless it's referencing to things like self harm or has incredibly excessive swears (e.g. if it's pointing out a thing you [in this case the moderator in question] has done or said, you may not remove it yourself. On the other hand, if it references to something like jumping off a building, or is mostly just going "f you f you" over and over then it should be removed) I think this rule is especially important to make sure the community can have more of a say over how the stream is handled.
-Comment banning/regular bans etc. people falsely (for something like winning an argument, being annoying etc.) should not be taken lightly, and can result in mod being taken away
-Breaking anything in the moderator code of conduct can result in mod being taken away, even if it's something small.
Also, on top of those things I'd like to add some other reasonable suggestions to help keep the stream in order.
-New mod votes should be done frequently (once every month/two months) or after a mod is kicked out of the team.
-Similar to how we vote in new moderators, users (more trusted users of course) or other moderators should be allowed to hold votes to kick out a moderator as long as they provide good reasons (through making a document about offences of the moderator, or how they behave in general etc.)
-New imgflip accounts or just new users to the stream should not be counted for mod votes. This would help to keep out trolls, the untrusted, or just immature people in general. There should be time given to see how a person behaves before they can be considered for mod.
All of these rules are inspired by how the whole Vario situation unraveled
