Also we do have kinder JOY eggs here.. Which is somewhat similar the "surprise" ones, except the toy is not inside the chocolate egg. (They're separate inside the plastic egg shaped package.)
In the US, It is impossible to sue a gun manufacturer for the harm they might cause due to the second amendment but you could sue Kinder for the 'lethal' surprise ! :~)
