Black powder will work fairly well as the explosive. First, you should find a fairly wide pipe that's short and threaded on both ends. Put pipe caps on each end, and drill a hole into one that's wide enough for your fuse to fit through, but not too wide as that may reduce the size of the explosion due to less pressure being built up. Take your blasting cap and attach it to the end of the fuse in a way where if the fuse is lit, it will set off the blasting cap. Take the cap with the hole in it off the pipe and put the fuse through it so the blasting cap is inside the pipe. There should be a lot of room inside the pipe you can put black powder or another explosive inside. Make sure the blasting cap is inside the explosive powder, and put the cap back on. It should look like a pipe, capped at both ends with a fuse sticking out one end. organized crime control act of 1970. Black powder is only legal to use in muzzleloaders or other sporting purposes. Unless you have a special license. I win, you lose. I don't mean to be rude, but I'm right.
