Christians are the ones who say that everything is gods will. So either yes it is responsible for everything bad in the world or every Christian on the planet bears false witness and doesn't believe in gods omnipotence.

Your comment is so ignorant. First of all, not every christian is bad. Secondly, some christians who say that they are doing God's will and do bad things are, indeed, bearing false witness. Thirdly, Religion is not responsible for atrocities committed by communist countries, like the Soviet Union and North Korea.
