No, bullets do not contain oxygen. They do contain oxidizing agents which would allow the bullet to be fired, but in space the temperature would be so cold that the primer in the firing cap would not activate at all. You could put the gun in direct sunlight, but with no atmosphere the gun would overheat and the bullets would misfire.
