Agree, the Maraquan Paintbrush, gives some of the best variants of Neopets. I am a huge fan on how it makes them resemble not only mermaids, but real life fish and sea creatures, like how it makes the Shoyru a sea turtle, the Kacheek a goldfish, the Bruce a triggerfish, and the Chia a sea anemone.
