Actually, sylveon is the rarest eeveelution

yeah but it's the second favorite eeveelution so MANY people will get sylveon even if its unconventional. glaceon on the other hand, a lot of people like, but not many have that much love to train a REALLY low level pokemon right before facing the elite 4
