Confused confusing confusion

It looks logic to me. If you look closely to the guy's right arm, it's gone. The hand didn't even appear in the dog's right side so that means the guy twist his arm and put it there. I can do that as well, but I am not tall enough to cover my whole arm on the back.

There is another super logic one I have that many people can agree. We don't know what the guy's hand looks like so I can't talk about that. But I can't be sure if what the background totally looks like so I can conclude that someone is at the back of the guy and hold out his/her hand to look like that the dog is holding out his/her paw (or hand).
