You sound confused. Do you believe cooperation is happening now, because it isn’t. Competition is happening because that’s what capitalism encourages. People are occupied with providing for themselves and most work for a boss and not for the community. The exploitation rests in the hierarchical workplace, dictated by bosses and being deprived of the tools and means of production.
Under the type of organization I propose, anyone can provide for themselves but mostly everyone provides for each other, sharing collectively the social products of labor. This is possible because no one individual has a single claim to the land, all have equal access to natural resources, and access to the tools and machines that produce our goods. All is for all. I don’t consider this completely utopian because this is what people did for centuries. It’s in our nature to cooperate and provide for our congeners. This has only gone away because we are strangled by the capitalist institutions.
