Being retired is great. Since I have the time, I wondered how far I had traveled in my lifetime, so I added earth's rotation at 1,000 mph to the earth's rotation around the sun at 67,000 mph to the sun's rotation around the Milky Way galaxy at 500,000 mph to the Milky Way's rotation around the center of the universe at 1.3 million miles an hour. By age 65 I had traveled about 1,063,639,200,000 miles, and I haven't even been to Toledo, Ohio yet.
