Okay AND? I didn't even know custom icons existed until the first week of them was nearly over. Plus, remember the nazi icons? Everyone had it, so it's not stealing. You can't exactly steal an icon, especially not if it was the idea that came to your head and wasn't based on anyone else's icon.
