Born in the Soviet Union, the OC in question grew up during the 70s and was 19 years old when the Berlin Wall fell. Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the OC moved to the United States where he struggled to adapt to the capitalist system. He later embraced American freedom and is now a proud working American citizen.
