"Owning" a stream is meaningless without certain inherent rights. It's an extension of Moderation powers. The person, ehem, who this question refers to would not hesitate to do the same to someone else on any other stream 'they' own. What is probably needed is an appeals system,

Nah it was asked for by the ms_memer group in 2020-2021 when the pass owners use to take the stream over and take away mod from people.
