It’s not that bad, but these two boys at my school were once being SUPER homophobic, transphobic, and sexist in one of my classes. The whole conversation started when the one boy said “the government is gay” and my teacher asked what he meant by that. He then launched into the whole “gay is wrong and unnatural” thing, and the other kid chimed in and said “god made us one way, we shouldn’t change it” and started talking about how men were going to pretend to be trans to get into womens sports and be better than them. My teacher thankfully got super pissed at them and said one day they’d get beat up for saying stuff like that. My closeted self was on the verge of tears since my friend wasn’t there to back me up like xe usually is. I’m now openly gay to both of them and they make fun of my friend group sometimes but we just brush it off.
