LONG TEMP CAUSE ITS GONNA BE LONG; so the school's wifi and intranet shit has been hacked so lesson plans went out the window, the day went ok until history, where my teacher was stimulating me too much negatively. she kept talking to people about irrelevant things which made me lose my focus, making her angry at me. i started kind of self harming again because of it, also she wanted me to focus but sat literally ON MY DESK staring at me which really put me off because her voice is so f**king loud. i hardly did any work in english cause i was overstimulated in both lessons, and the teacher kind of mocked my stressed-out stims, saying i should 'get into drumming' (i was aggressively hitting the floor with my legs) and near the end of the lesson my attitude got really bad and we had a bit of an argument i guess
