I laughed when I read the second one, 'cuz thats not even true!

BIOLOGICALLY - there is at least six sexes, female (XX), male (XY), and intersex (X, XXY, XYY and XXXY)
HOWEVER - Gender is a social construct, and therefore gender is what and individual identifies as, regardless of whether or not they identify as their biological sex, hence the reason gender identities such as transgender, nonbinary, bigender, and genderfluid (what I identify as) just to name a few

That is my argument against Homophobes/transphobes
educate yourselves and fight against the trans/homophobes with me
