When I asked Scar if he was banned he replied: "pretty much". Okay he didn't say what "pretty much" meant, but IG comments and submissions are gone and he is under the impression he is banned.

I'm telling you he's not banned. I don't know scars plans but if IG's pretending he is unable to comment or post, he's lying.

I'm just going by what Scar told me and that IG's comments & submissions have been removed and by what IG himself told me. Maybe Scar thought better of it and unbanned him without telling anyone.
