If guncontrol doesn't work 'because criminals will get them anyway', what does that say about drugscontrol?

Not all drugs are banned. The most dangerous and addictive drug is still readily available. It's called 'alcohol'. You may have heard of it.

If you acquire drugs you are likely going to get addicted and die. If you acquire guns you are likely to keep them in your safe until WW3.

Interesting thought but no. And no. 1: not every person who uses drugs (remember: alcohol,.tabacco and painkillers are drugs too) gets addicted and dies from using them. 2. Most people don't spend money on guns, just to keep them in a safe. For some of them WW3 already started some time ago and so they feel they should always be aware. And armed.
