The pieces of the puzzle seem to be coming into place: 1 - Putin waiting to attack Ukraine if Biden beat Trump. 2 - Trump saying this wouldn't have happened under his watch and failing to condemn Putin. 3 - Putin plans on helping to get Trump elected again in 2024. I wouldn't be surprised if rich Russian oligarchs who respect their fellow 1%er have had secret meetings with him over the years. This conspiracy theory is at least better than any of QAnon's.
