How does one attain awareness?

One cannot attain it but you are already THAT.
just like the flashlight cannot shine on itself and the tooth cannot bite itself. The light cannot looki for the light, it is already the light.

You are what you’re looking for.

Saint Francis of Assisi said “what you are looking for is what’s looking.”
