FOR EXAMPLE: NEEDING 10,000 POINTS AND 30 DAYS OF IMGFLIP EXPERIENCE TO BE ABLE TO MOD STREAMS YOU DIDN’T CREATE YOURSELF. THIS PREVENTS PEOPLE FROM PROMOTING ALTS TO OWNER THAT CAN POTENTIALLY BE HACKED FOR A LITTLE WHILE, AND IT SHOULD REMOVE OWNERS WHO AREN’T ACTIVE ON IMGFLIP OR HAVEN’T LOGGED IN IN OVER 30 DAYS WHICH WOULD DEMOTE THEM TO MOD OR REMOVE THEM COMPLETELY. | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

New users get a timer that grows exponentially until a certain point amount

They can't have a tagline until 2,000 points or something

I don't even think they can follow people until 100 points

They Basically get beat with a stick because they're a new user
