Far-right antigovernment parties in Europe and America — and that now includes the GOP — are Putin’s best friend. How do I know that? Putin funds them, and their leaders say nice things about Putin in return, including Trump’s latest cringeworthy opinion that Putin is “savvy” and a “genius.”

Putin has the kind of power Trump can only crave, that’s why Trump’s always admired him. A wannabe dictator simping for the real thing.

NATO and the E.U. are, from a military and economic standpoint respectively, the most important multilateral institutions opposing Russian attempts to steamroller the continent of Europe.

So, ask yourself. Do you support NATO and the E.U.? Or do you deride them as some kind of globalist plot against national sovereignty, some way that lazy and effeminate Europeans milk American taxpayers, etc.?

Your answer will tell you whether you’re a Russian fifth-columnist doing Putin’s work for him.

Ignoring the fact that the US president is probably a fraud and has dementia is the biggest mistake you can make, he isn't leader material and he will never be. He's going to get America in some shit and his woke military isn't a competition for savage communist governments. Get realistic and see the real big picture.

The struggles of the Ukrainians and Taiwanese for freedom and national existence make the collection of anti-government grievances aired by far-right-wing Western nutjobs (on display recently at the Canadian trucker convoys) look like a total joke.

If you can’t tell the difference between democratically-elected center-left politicians and dictators, then yes, please go f**k off to one of those despotic countries. I hear the FSB is hiring.

There’s always been a place in Russia for gullible/treasonous Westerners, ever since the commies first took over 100 years ago.

But most Eastern Europeans who had a taste of that 1984 way of life have since firmly rejected it. Stand with them by standing with the E.U. and NATO.

NEWSFLASH... Ukraine is not a democracy... and allowing fraudulent elections to put dementia cases like Biden in the WH does not qualify either...

Ukraine has been a democracy ever since the Maidan Revolution in 2014 ousted Viktor Yanukovich, a pro-Putin puppet, and set Ukraine on a path to choosing its own destiny.

The current President of Ukraine is pro-democracy, pro-Western, pro-E.U., pro-NATO, and Jewish, which makes the claims that the current government of Ukraine is “Neo-Nazi” (wild claims which you or some other far-right troll were making the other day) laughable.

Not coincidentally, 2014 happens to be the same year Putin really stepped up his harassment campaign against Ukraine, with the annexation of Crimea, to funding and arming the treasonous separatists in Donbas, to now.

No surprise your nihilist anti-democratic outlook on things extends from Ukraine to America to every European country caught in-between. Sorry that the people get to decide and they don’t always pick your guy.

2/10 effort at revisionist history, my dude — you may be a suitable candidate for a living wage job at a Russian troll farm, but you’re going to have to step it up if you want to make that sweet FSB money.

China is watching closely. If Putin takes Ukraine, outplays and humiliates Biden, China will absolutely invade Taiwan.

There you go, that’s the most sensible thing you’ve said all day.

I agree with you that China is watching closely, and what happens in Ukraine will have global consequences in the struggle between democracy and authoritarianism.

That said, Biden has no authority to wage war in Ukraine, nor should he. That would bring us awfully close to WWIII, and he shouldn’t send U.S. troops without congressional authorization at a minimum. I don’t expect he’s gonna get authorization to defend a non-NATO ally, given the American public is war-weary. But Biden has other tools at his disposal, and he’s been deploying them masterfully, in a way Trump never could or would.

Putin has painted himself into a corner in some ways. I don’t think he was counting on a unified response from the West. Is he really going to try to invade and occupy a country of 40 million with a considerable landmass? That’s a recipe for an Afghanistan-style insurgency and debacle.

I think Putin, if he’s smart, will find a way to declare victory and go home, having already used this “crisis” to consolidate Russian control of Belarus and the Donbas region. In the meantime, he’ll simply keep psychologically pressuring Ukraine and try to get another Kremlin toady installed.

Nah... Biden only has a license to practice family corruption in Ukraine... got it
