In the little debates, one of the bigg mods mentioned our reputation of profuse banning.
We really need to change that. . and get the ban lists and particular usernames off the f**king rules.

Everytime someone has eXpLaiNeD, they get shit on bc ppl hate the idea of c h a n g e . And I know they'll blame specific owners or yell at all the owners bc they think better ppl could be owners. They don't like it when we explain, bc to them, all they see is "we're fixing the stream", and that pisses ppl off.

Once an owner bans someone, they complain to other owners to rollback the decision. Shitty thing to do.
