Idfk the law is confusing
I just don’t believe people deserved to be killed unless they actually kill themselves. I mean, it’s an eye for an eye, not an eye for an entire fricking graveyard

Technically a lifetime of jail is worse than death, but people don't like the death penalty so yk
The point isn't to cause maximum pain to the criminal,
but to keep him away from society.
Thing with crimes like rape, is that detention doesn't really change their minds and they'd do the same shit when they get out.
TO MY PREVIOUS POST I DO NOT SUPPORT CHILD MOLESTORS. I HATE THEM. BUT STILL, THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN JUST KILL SOMEONE FOR THAT. IT’S LIKE KILLING SOMEONE FOR HAVING AN OPINION. JUST PUT THEM IN A JAIL FOR A LONG TIME, DON’T KILL THEM.
