The IRS exists because liberals don't have the balls to shove a gun in your ribs themselves.

And Spooner lives before there was an income tax, an IRS and Woodrow Wilson. There were other taxes in the US but nothing as egregious and enslaving as Woodrow Wilson's income tax.

Just so there's no misunderstanding, I am not an anarchist. Nor am I a Libertarian. I am a Constitutionalist. I don't want to tear down our system of government, I want to restore it back to it's original intent and purpose. That does not mean I want to bring slavery back, quite the contrary, I want all races to share the Constitutional protections on liberty.

This means I have a lot in common with the Libertarians and the anarcho-capitalists. I don't have much in common with the anarcho-communists but as long as they keep to themselves and they don't try to replace our Constitution with Marxism then to each their own.

Agreed, the state has failed to prove its legitimacy.

You do realize that "anarcho-communism" cannot exist, right?

Communism, in its very essence, entails statism.

This is news to me. Can you cite whatever chapter or passage from Kapital gave you that idea?

I've never read it.

But think critically. If wealth is to be redistributed, then who is going to facilitate that redistribution? Who is going to ensure the [albeit flawed] idea of "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need"? Certainly not the people. Human nature is that they are always going to want to want to keep what they have produced (and that's not a bad thing). So who is going to be the facilitator? Logic would say the government. Which means the state. Which means NO STATE. The very definition of anarchy is that there is no government. Even democratically elected members to a body, like a soviet, wouldn't work because it is STILL A FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
