Aren't you trying to normalize the use of VAERS to endorse people to use it as a source of medical advice? VAERS is not a reliable source of information. Regardless of what the numbers say as they can all be biased, skewed, reported falsely, etc. etc.

The website states this as a disclaimer. People going to look at VAERS expecting to interpret it when over 30% of MAGA voter base (let's be honest, the vast majority of anti-vaxxers are MAGA) only have a high school diploma and aren't at the level of interpreting this data.

Telling someone to use this site as a reliable source of medical information is about as solid as looking to the tabloids - should really wait until the data is checked, verified, cross-referenced, etc.

Using it as an indicator tool is just as effective as listening to your tinfoil-wearing neighbor.

Would you believe everything in VAERS as an indicator? For all of the potential for faulty reporting, bias, incomplete data, correlation being confused with causation, you are saying that you believe everything you read on the internet. You cannot use VAERS for an academic reliable tool for looking out for what a vaccine may have. It's like going to a meeting where everyone is reporting on what they find and everyone's trying to match cards. What you're suggesting people do is listen to everyone who has a card and take it as an indicator of what the vaccine may do to you. When often, there is no confirmed legitimacy to the reports.

I can't explain this to you any more fully than I already have. Just go ask your Doctor if you should use VAERS to verify what you hear about the vaccine.

And still, you continue to ignore the most important fact that it's been used as a gauge to halt vaccines.. and that threshold was totally ignored for political purposes with this vaccine...
