Im really insecure

I need help So Valentine's Day is happening at my school and you can buy roses for your friends. I'm not jealous, but I don't have any roses myself, but so many girls have roses. I'm really insecure and I'm starting to think that no one loves me. I bought a rose for my friend anonymously and she threw it away. She knows I like her and she even suspected I sent it! I don't know why she did it. My mom doesn't help. She criticised all my friends before, saying that they're only taking advantage of me and they aren't my real friends; WHAT DO I DO?
