Just think of all the lives this great new government program will save. All the addicts will appreciate the kind tax paid gesture and wake up on skid row and realize, Wow! I don’t want to smoke crack anymore.
So glad our government has prioritized hedonistic drug abuse over prevention eduction or state asylums.
Now if they only made all street drugs legal that way the pharmaceutical companies could make even more money and get us all hooked, demoralized, and desperate.
