That's what trips people up, actually. Because there is no way to measure how much fentanyl is mixed with each 'dose' (or size of the dose), someone in Queens, for example, can get a magnificent high, while someone in Brooklyn dies from the same dose. On the streeet, the person is usually blamed "oh they couldn't handle it, they were weak." While I do not condone MJ use, it is worthwhile to note that thos applies to street drugs, not dispenseries. It really is serious. It has happened in my area where this strange differential has occurred. The fentanyl increases the strength of the high, maximizing the effect for a minimal amount of product and all but ensuring repeat business.

I was, too. I also heard that when the US started legalizing MJ, it cut into the Mexican dealers MJ business. In response they started growing heroine, the story goes. I don't know if this is an extension of that, but they say fentanyl is being imported from China to Mexico where is is added to other drugs.
