Microsoft might form a monopoly. They won't have enough market share. If only three or four large game corporations hold control over the U.S. gaming market and those companies then buy or pressure companies out of the market, as Microsoft and Sony are attempting to do, that will be an oligarchy. Just like what AT&T, Comcast, and Time Warner have over internet and cable services in the U.S.
