Average *BLANK* Fan VS Average *BLANK* Enjoyer

Gen 3 was amazing but my opinion gen 4 had the best designs and was really the "ultimate pokemon game" at the time

Emerald was the best pokemon game according to me and a particular poll from a few years back, but Gen 4 wasn't bad at all. I feel that the designs of Gen 4 were the first to start going downhill, but I also just really love the mechanics from Gen 3 like the hideouts and Emerald's battle island.
