The AAA’s rules state that anime fans are allowed to visit, comment, and post as long as they don’t post anime or pro-anime.
But I can also understand why he deleted that comment, whoever did it probably considered it too

I think the treaty mainly implies to stuff that happens here and harrassment that breaks ToS in other streams (like death threats)

Since it's their stream, I don't think it does
