Elena: We had better head to Potions! I have to make sure Harry doesn’t get into trouble- (she has a slight crush on him, she is halfblood and a chaser)

Nellie: Same, but with Draco! You know I'm actually Snape's kid, right? Well, adopted... (So, the story goes, after her parents passed, Snape decided maybe adopting a child would help him cope with Lily's death, so he adopted Nellie and, even though he still thinks about Lily sometimes, he stood up and became her dad)

Elena: He does talk about you sometimes.. I figured something was up..

Nellie: Yeah... Sometimes when people try to insult me by saying I'm adopted, I tell them 'At least my dad chose me! Your parents had to do it luck-of-the-draw style and look how that turned out for 'em!' then I leave them in total shock. Malfoy, though. His parents got lucky.
