Agreed, but Jackson also needed more land. What better way than to rob it by rounding up Native Americans and their help by forcing them to walk chained without little food water and shoes to a little place in OK. He did one thing by choosing this option, he didn't kill them all. By the grace of God Native Americans survived but lost a lot of loved ones and land in the process. They could have been made extinct. Today the bloodline has been watered down for the Native Americans and they remain America's major Minority, where some still live in the lines of reservation. And the moment one tries to live off reservation territory, they loose access to health care and tribal services, making it so they cannot afford to live in another territory keeping them in close ties with the reservation system associated with tribal identity.
