Be sure to warn someone with a camera before you attempt to "maintain ... ground by force". That will make for some entertaining footage.

When you fail to pay your rent, you have broken your contract. You won't be fighting the landlord, you'll be fighting the sheriff and his deputies when they come to enforce the eviction.
