i watched this video about lucid dreaming once
more specifically, lucid nightmares
supposedly if ur being chased by something it's best to draw a circle around u and form a strong belief that that circle is a barrier and nobody can come in that circle but u
then ur supposed to imagine a door appearing behind u that leads to a happier place
idk how well that works tho. ik the youtuber who posted it also has lucid dreams but ig stuff likes that works different for everyone
