Why not try reading the title? I submitted it because I liked it, and USA_Patriot has said he's partial towards it too. Also there's nothing in the Constitution saying you have to remove my mod if I got banned by a mod. It's dumb enough you had to ban me for a month but there's absolutely no reason to remove my mod. That's unconstitutional and League_of_Jay agrees.
