Yes. Yes there is. A stream ban is total and complete by law. He can't mod, can't comment, can't post, can't run in absentia, can't do shit.
The phrase "stream ban" is self explanatory and any post modern "I'm only banned on Thursdays! I can still flag and delete comments!" Interpretation of the phrase will not hold up in court.

The Constitution is clear that the Owner has the right to demod elected mods for mod abuses — violating the alt law certainly falls within that.

Still a difficult situation. The properly elected President has been banned because of extra-Constitutional reasons. Is this not an impeachment without the process? He's effectively been removed from his Presidential duties.
