Actually, I would switch Abraham Lincoln and MLKJ. This is because, in the Emacipation Proclamtion, it says ,"all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State, the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free;"
Only in rebellious states? That seems more neutral good in my opinion. Why am i commenting on this instead of doing my homework? Idk.
