Dead giveaway you don't know what you are talking about.
Were it to work any other way - especially the way your delusional mind thinks things work - it would be impossible to remove anyone in command. In fact, most general orders in *ANY* branch of the military include the how/why/when of relieving an officer of duty, as proscribed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
One step beyond THAT, ***EVERY*** member of the US military is trained on unlawful orders, and the placing under arrest any officer that issues unlawful orders. Far from being optional, if you fail to place an officer under arrest for failing to prosecute unlawful orders from above one can and will be prosecuted for dereliction of duty. Firmly in that wheelhouse - again, per the UCMJ - is appropriating governmental assets for personal use.
Biden using the military to safeguard his personal assets in Ukraine is a raging conflict of interest, and *EVERY* member of the military command that went along with it should be courtmartialed not only for obeying the unlawful order, but dereliction of duty for obeying it in the first place, failing to proffer charges against the CinC, and failing to place him under arrest.
Indeed, the entire DoD should have told President Alzheimer's : I cannot obey that order due to the clear conflict of interest in using government property and personnel to protect your personal assets. If you continue to issue this order, you will be placed under arrest and relieved of command.
Before you make a fool of yourself, yes the POTUS can be arrested and tried under the UCMJ just like any private.
