While yes, it is a true scotsman fallacy, it also pokes at the heart of the issue and addresses the point to be very specific and difficult to refute if you are a Christian

I'm Scottish and I had to look it up. Weird. And I say weird because the last time I was in Scotland, my uncle told me what he loves about his country. No matter you are from, you move to Scotland and you are a Scot. (If they had better food, I could see myself retiring there. Would have to leave the wife behind, but no true Scot would do that)
