Yeah, there was no $86 billion in equipment "left behind". Those were all fictictious projects that went into the pockets of the Pentagon and MIC. Funny how CNN isn't over there asking the government about it. If it were true they would be selling it to provide food for their people.
It's also why they are using US soldiers as bodyguards to escort stolen Syrian oil out of the country this month and are gearing up to deploy in Eastern Europe. Gotta replace that $3trillion cash cow they lost.
