True, that's what they THINK but as per usual most media outlets are lying to the nation and proclaiming that Joe gave a good press conference. What they mean by that, of course, was that the Dem Party's Dementia President went into it breathing and then he still had a detectable pulse afterwards . . . while he stood there drooling.
